Planning delivery for industrial equipment
Shipping arrangements depend on the product, configuration, destination, and handling requirements. Review the delivery information provided for your order and contact info@toyotalifts.com before purchase if any aspect is unclear. A product listing or promotional banner should not be treated as a promise that a particular delivery service is included.
Service area and destination
Provide the complete delivery location when requesting a quotation or placing an order, including business or recipient name, address, country, and postal code. Some equipment or services may require a specific delivery arrangement. Check destination eligibility before payment, particularly for remote areas, restricted-access sites, or cross-border shipments.
Shipping charges and additional services
Review the shipping amount and the services described for your order. Freight, appointment delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, storage, redelivery, or other handling services can involve different arrangements. Any applicable charges need to be identified in the order documentation. Do not assume a sale price includes freight or that a general promotion includes free shipping.
Processing, dispatch, and transit
Order processing, dispatch, and transit are separate stages. Product availability, order verification, configuration, carrier scheduling, and the destination can affect timing. Use the estimates supplied for your order and ask whether they refer to dispatch or arrival. An estimate is different from a specifically agreed guaranteed delivery date. Contact us if a required project date is critical to your purchase.
Site access and unloading
Before confirming delivery, consider vehicle access, site opening arrangements, ground conditions, door clearances, and the space needed to receive equipment. Clarify whether a loading dock, forklift, liftgate, or other unloading assistance is required. The order arrangements should identify who provides unloading and which services are included. Equipment should only be handled by appropriately trained personnel using suitable equipment.
Tracking, appointments, and address changes
Where a tracking reference or appointment is supplied, retain it with your order records. Contact info@toyotalifts.com with your order number for questions or changes. Raise address corrections and access restrictions promptly; a change after dispatch may require a revised carrier arrangement. Any associated cost or revised timing should be confirmed before it is accepted.
Receiving the shipment
Where practical, compare the delivery with the order and inspect the visible condition of the equipment and packaging. Record shortages, incorrect labels, or visible damage on the relevant delivery paperwork where the carrier process allows it. Keep photographs and packaging that may help assess the issue. If a concern becomes apparent after delivery, contact us with the order reference and details.
Damage, shortages, or a delivery problem
Email info@toyotalifts.com with the order number, model, delivery date, tracking reference, and a description of the problem. Include photographs where relevant. Preserve records of any carrier communication. The appropriate next step depends on the issue, the order terms, and applicable law; reporting a concern does not require you to agree to a remedy before the issue has been assessed.
Missed delivery and cross-border arrangements
If a delivery cannot be completed, contact us to clarify the next arrangement and any relevant carrier conditions. For an international order, confirm customs clearance, import eligibility, taxes, duties, and responsibility for required documentation before purchase. Do not assume that an address accepted by a form establishes that every product can be imported to that destination.
Order terms and your rights
Read the written delivery terms supplied with the order alongside this page. Questions about cancellations, delays, loss, title, or the allocation of delivery risk should be resolved before purchase. Nothing on this page is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. For assistance, contact info@toyotalifts.com.
